Unlocking Opportunities: The Young Apprenticeship Grant for Lancashire SMEs

The grant can be used for both new hires and existing staff members looking to upskill. Employers can apply for up to three grants, provided the apprentices start within the same three-month period. If an apprentice leaves before the second payment is issued, that payment will not be given. The application process is predominantly procurement-based, and support is available.
